New customers : Please note that I do not remove sets of other nailtechs. So come to your appointment with nails WITHOUT product.

When booking, I would always like to receive one or more inspirational photos or a description of the set you want. Feel free to send it to my Instagram page (@ades.nailstudio) or via SMS (+32 492 79 02 08) stating your name. Make sure you can be reached on Instagram or SMS.

Do you have extreme bite nails or very short nail beds? Then take a look at my Instagram page at "INFO" for examples of nails that are not suitable for Gel-X treatments.

Come ONLY to your appointment. Additional persons are not allowed during your treatment.

Are you a little late? No problem, be sure to let me know via DM or SMS stating your name.

Cancel: Can't come? Then cancel at least 48 hours in advance via the website or DM, so that we can reschedule your appointment without complications.

Last-minute cancellations: If your appointment is canceled less than 48 hours in advance, I will be forced to charge 50% of the treatment.

Communication policy: For my own safety, prior contact is mandatory. Don't I hear from you before the appointment starts? Then your appointment will be automatically canceled. I work from my private home and therefore do not let strangers in without prior contact. Thank you for your understanding.

No-Show: If you do not show up without notice, the full amount will be charged and you will be automatically removed from my customer database.
